When dealing with new construction projects, The Martin Windsor Group will request and coordinate a lead construction representative from the service provider to be assigned to your specific project to ensure all timelines are met and there is a process for communication from infrastructure to certificate of occupancy. In most cases, we will begin communication with the service provider(s) 90 days prior to infrastructure to allow ample time for designs and discussions.

Existing Portfolio Analysis

Understanding each property’s current situation early in the process is crucial in determining cable, high speed internet and voice usage that will assist with best viable options and terms. In certain cases, the telecom provider undervalues properties based on unit size based solely on one project or property rather than an entire portfolio, which can lead to more aggressive terms and maximum worth to the client.

Assumptive Agreement Options

The Martin Windsor Group will contact the service provider to review your assumptive agreement, to determine options either to renegotiate a stronger deal or to continue the term without interruptions.
